Working Experience: 20 years of working experience in the education and banking industry. Her expertise and research areas are in behavioral sciences, service productivity and effective training practices. Her work leads in training and development, TNA, learning methods and educational theory. Her research applies psychological theories and principles to organizational development focusing on increasing workplace productivity as well the physical and mental well-being of employees.
As Industrial-organizational psychologists (IOP) her proficiency includes recruitment, behavioral science and training. She is also an affiliate member of Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
Rotary: GSE to Australia Year 2012/13.
In the group student exchange program in February 2013, she was in Australia to assist and learn managing and encourage disabled and special people into better live hood and enter workforce.
Training: She delivers training in the areas of Customer Services, Sales, Stress Management, Decision Making Skills, Call Centers and leadership’s skills.
